MiniMax H3 beauty and portrait prompts

Skin texture, not plastic. The failure mode in AI portrait prompts is a surface that reads as rendered — waxy highlights, airbrushed pores, symmetrical faces. These creator-published H3 prompts solve it by specifying lens distance, skin behavior under light, and micro-imperfection.

Read the reference prompts below as working examples of one principle: describe how light behaves on skin, not how skin looks. A softbox 30cm from the face produces a specific falloff across the cheekbone; a ring light produces a circular specular ring. Naming the actual light source and its distance gets you further than any adjective.

When you adapt one of these, keep the lighting clause intact and swap only the subject. Rewriting the light clause is what breaks realism.
