Mysterious Woman in Rainy Alley - Nocturnal Cinematic Portrait

Hyper-realistic cinematic portrait of a mysterious young woman, with the same facial features and style as the reference image. She is standing alone in a (Japanese) alley at night, in a heavy drizzle of rain. She is holding a transparent umbrella, illuminated by dim lights (greenish reflections and a shadowy yellow streetlight in the background). She is wearing a black sweatshirt, with her head covered by a hooded sweatshirt, and is talking on her cell phone. Dark and dramatic atmosphere, with blurred background (bokeh), film noir aesthetics, strong lighting and puddles on the ground reflecting the lights in a medium shot. Handheld camera.
