Colorful Parakeet Twirls Like Ballet Dancer

The colorful parakeet lifts its wings high and starts twirling like it's dancing ballet. Its eyes sparkle and a few cartoon stars spin around it as it rotates. The scene is playful and silly, designed to make kids giggle. The camera follows the spin with a light bounce motion. Use bright colors, soft shadows, and fun motion effects like trailing feathers. Keep the animation smooth and loop-friendly.
