Young Man Enters Mysterious Corridor, Meets Figures in Smoky Room

The elevator doors slide open with a metallic hiss, revealing a narrow corridor dimly lit by flickering sconces. A young man with shoulder-length dark hair steps out slowly, dressed in a fitted black suit and burgundy shirt, his leather shoes echoing on the concrete floor. The camera follows him from behind at a low angle, tracking smoothly as he walks forward with calm, deliberate steps. Just outside the elevator stands a tall, bald man in a long coat, heavy-set with tattooed hands clasped in front. He gives a slight nod and silently turns, leading the way. The two walk in sync through the cracked, shadowy corridor as light flickers across their faces. The camera gently shifts to the side to reveal the grim surroundings — peeling walls, a buzzing overhead fan, dim red exit signs. They reach a wide, smoky meeting room lit by warm amber overheads. A long table stretches across the room, surrounded by shadowy figures in suits — some with scars, rings, glowing cigarettes. All heads turn as the young man enters. The camera pans beside him as he walks down the center aisle, passing each seated figure — some glare, others look away. He stops at the head of the table and slowly turns to face them. The camera dollies in for a close-up: his face half-shadowed, mouth curling into a calm, crooked grin. His eyes remain partly hidden by his hair. Just before the grin completes, the screen fades to black. The faint sound of a distant jazz piano begins to play.
