Mysterious Young Woman in Japanese Alley - Noir-Inspired Cinematic Portrait

Hyper-realistic cinematic portrait of a mysterious young woman, with the same facial features and style as the reference image. She is alone in a (Japanese) alley at night, with a heavy drizzle falling. She is holding a transparent umbrella, illuminated by shadowy lights (greenish and pinkish reflections in the background). She is wearing a black sweatshirt, partially covering her head, and is talking on her cell phone. Dark and dramatic atmosphere, with blurred background (bokeh), film noir aesthetics, bright lighting and puddles on the ground reflecting the lights in a medium shot. Handheld camera.
