Realistic Study: Vintage Cigar Box Reflection

The video clip is realistic style. In a private, dimly lit study, an extreme close-up shot captures the perfectly polished, obsidian surface of a vintage cigar box, where the indistinct reflection of a shadowed face subtly ripples. The subject is the high-end cigar box, its obsidian surface rendered with hyper-realistic, high-fidelity texture. A single soft spotlight creates a sharp highlight, revealing a distorted, shadowed reflection with a sickly yellow/green tint. The shallow depth of field blurs the background, a luxurious and stifling setting with mahogany paneling, heavy velvet drapes, and antique brass details, all under ultra-low key, chiaroscuro lighting with volumetric light and subtle film grain. As the video progresses, the camera remains in a completely static, extreme close-up shot. The reflection of the indistinct face on the box's surface subtly ripples, as if the polish itself is momentarily disturbed by a tremor. A slow rack focus smoothly shifts the plane of focus from the minute texture of the obsidian surface to the now-distorted reflection, bringing its warped features into slightly clearer view.
