Fantasy Portrait: Ethereal Dragon-Winged Fairy

Portrait of a beautiful young woman with iridescent pink and blue dragon scales covering her skin. She has pointed elf-like ears, soft pink hair, and delicate features with light blue eyes. Her head is adorned with small, pinkish horns and scale-like protrusions. Large, translucent wings with pink and blue hues extend behind her, catching the light with a subtle glow. The background is dark and out of focus, suggesting a rainy or misty atmosphere with soft, bokeh-like lights. The overall style should evoke a fantasy or mythical creature aesthetic, with a focus on soft lighting and iridescent textures, reminiscent of a digital painting
