Cyberpunk Car Chase: Neon Night Pursuit

Create a cinematic 4K video sequence of a high-octane car chase through a neon-lit cyberpunk city at night. Use a dynamic tracking shot to follow a sleek black sports car weaving through traffic, with lens flares reflecting off wet streets. Incorporate dutch angles for tension, a wide shot to show the sprawling cityscape, and a close-up of the driver’s intense expression. Add VFX for sparks flying from a near-collision and a dramatic slow-motion explosion in the background. The color palette should emphasize cyan and magenta with a high-contrast grade, paired with an intense synthwave soundtrack and Foley sounds of screeching tires and roaring engines. "-ar 9:16"
